I was exhausted, frustrated, overwhelmed, and feeling like I’m losing my mind. I spent countless hours Googling solutions and seeking advice from professionals, only to feel like nothing was truly helping.

It wasn’t until I discovered coaching that things turned around. I was finally able to see how putting everyone else first and myself last was draining me. I realised that my struggle during that first year wasn’t really because of my son’s demands, but because of my reactions to them. Fear of failing as a mother and a wife. Fear of not being good enough. Fear of not being loved if I don’t do everything, don’t fix everything and don’t make sure everyone else is happy.  

Once the fears and emotions were released I felt so much lighter, happier and more like myself again. I finally felt I am able to handle the ups and downs of motherhood and life in general.
