Hi, I’m Meta
I’ve been in your shoes. I was miserable, overwhelmed, and constantly on edge during the first years after my son’s birth. At one point, I simply couldn’t go on like that anymore — so I pressed pause. I dedicated my time, money, and energy to figuring out how to pull myself out of that misery.
Along the way, I discovered tools and techniques that not only transformed my own life but also made a huge difference for my family. As I learned about these powerful methods and fresh perspectives, I kept asking myself: “Why doesn’t everyone know this? So many people could feel so much lighter and happier!”
That’s why I’m here. I want to share what’s truly working — especially with you, dear parent. We parents are extraordinary beings, managing so many things every single day, and my mission is to make at least some of it easier for you.
